Shop Policies

Welcome to Rear Wolf Apparel! We are committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel with excellence in both product and service. Please review our shop policies below before making a purchase.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During high-demand seasons or sales, please allow for up to 10 business days.

  • Custom Orders: All custom designs require customer approval prior to production. Please review proofs carefully before confirming.


2. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Typically 3–5 business days (domestic) after processing.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, carrier errors).


3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, and to protect the integrity of our small business, please read our return policy carefully:

Custom Orders

  • All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Custom Items

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on non-custom items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a mistake on our part.

  • If your item arrives defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please send clear photos of the issue to: [your email address].

  • We will offer either a replacement or store credit depending on the case.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, production may begin and cancellations may not be possible.


4. Garment Care Instructions

To ensure the longest life for your custom apparel, follow these care guidelines:

  • Turn garment inside out before washing.

  • Machine wash cold with like colors.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Do not dry clean.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

  • Do not iron directly on the design.

Failure to follow these instructions may reduce the life of the design and void any print warranty.


5. Sizing

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly by brand or garment type. If you have questions or need help choosing the right size, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help!


6. Digital Mockups vs. Final Product

Please note: Colors, print sizing, and placement shown in digital mockups may vary slightly from the final product due to screen differences, garment material, and production methods. We do our best to ensure consistency and accuracy.


7. Intellectual Property

All designs are original creations of Rear Wolf Apparel and Palmetto Praise Prints. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs, logos, or branding elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
